Procedure for filing of incentive applications:

Recovery of incentives
Incentives released shall be liable to be recovered in the following circumstances:
1. Misrepresentation of facts
2. Enterprise goes out of production within 6 years i.r.o Micro and Small enterprises and 10 years for Medium, large & Mega enterprises
3. Fails to furnish information when called upon
4. Effects change of management without prior approval from Financial Institution and SLC
5. The unit shifts part or whole of the industry or leases out without prior approval of SLC
6. The enterprise is sold without prior approval of SLC
7. The enterprise takes up change in management without approval of SLC
8. The unit goes for additional power load, expansion / diversification or change of line of activity already considered for sanction without prior approval of SLC
9. Merger or amalgamation taken up without prior approval of the SLC
10. There is break in production for a period of more 3 years due to valid reasons which can be condoned by SLC
